Section 7 – Becoming An Effective Online Student
Getting help online
As an online student, you have access to a whole host of support personnel. It is
critical that you are proactive in asking for assistance. Don’t wait until you fall
behind. The staff will be able to provide you with more options if you proactively
communicate with them.
The contact information for these staff people, as well as others, will be located in the
LMS. Copy the contact information and put it in your cell phone or school binder so
that you have access to that information even when you are not online.
In addition to your instructor, your school employs the following people who are here
to assist you.
