The

fourth

stage is called the

company match

. Here you will discuss

opportunities and how to fit in on both current and future projects.

The

interviewer will discuss the major issues and departments,

the training

programs, and the educational or other benefits offered. The

interviewer is

specifically looking for informed and relevant questions

that you ask,

indications of your interest in

the answers, and an

appropriate interest in

the salary or benefits offered.

5.

The

fifth

and final stage of the perception portion is called the

summary

. During the final stages of an interview, you may be asked

to

provide further

information on the application. Finally, the interviewer

will

tell you when you will be notified of a decision.

Assessing Your Interview Performance

During the course of an interview, there are certain aspects that

require you have a complete and thorough understanding of.

1.

Do you fully understand the duties?

Understand completely

what

the particular vacancy or opportunity involves. You’ve

researched

the employer, maybe done an information

interview or two, and

talked to people who do the job. Use the

interview process to gain a clear understanding of the

opportunity so that you can make a well-informed decision

about whether you want to pursue your calling there.
