Section 17 - On The Job Success

Be Accountable for Every Action You Take:

We are all imperfect beings on a journey of self-knowledge and contribution. You will make

mistakes and bad decisions; if you are not you are most likely playing it safe and not testing your

full capabilities. Convert each defeat or failure into a learning experience that results in progress.

Push yourself! As indicated, we are only using about 10% of our mental capacity. Strive to

achieve larger accomplishments to impact more people through your thoughts, words, and

actions.

Be a Mentor and Role Model:

By pursuing your career calling, you become an automatic role model to others who are stuck in

a negative cycle or repeating destructive patterns or behavior. Share your newfound knowledge

of the process and educate others and their families on what it takes to achieve true balance

and happiness. Share the secrets of your success! Make certain that each and every day, your

presence raises the expectations and performance of those with whom you interact. Adopt the

philosophy that you are a “success celebrity,” and that meeting you is a privilege. People want to

study you, mirror your actions, and achieve similar results.

You are a person of influence; use this gift wisely!

Live with Integrity:

Be a class act under all circumstances and eliminate pettiness, jealousy or envy

from your life. Set standards based on your own personal thermostat and not by

artificial measures or others’ beliefs. Every champion record holder knows that

to attain a state of grace and excellence, one must create their own targets in

order to further their calling. Raising my standards has been a catalyst for massive

change and success in both my personal and professional life.

If you adopt these belief systems and live by these standards, you will

find more people want to be with you, do business with you, interact

with you and seek your friendship. We can all use more quality

friends! Select your associates and friends carefully; as you grow

personally you will often find that your interests and dialogue may

require a change in your relationships.
