This question is a perfect opportunity for you to display the all-important
flexibility and versatility that employers seek. Cite a specific word story or situation, which has
demonstrated your diversity and ability to tolerate
different interests. Interviewers recognize that you might not get along well
with everybody in the organization. And that’s okay as long as you can
continue to do the job effectively. Consequently, you want to demonstrate
an ability to persuade and influence others.
